How do you determine the kind of help to offer us?

We routinely find that the questions we ask during the assessment provide valuable information and clues. The assessment includes past medical and social history, current supports, diagnoses and corresponding medications, as well as an assessment of the client’s living space. The assessment also includes the financial picture. These specific areas and others questions allow us to use our professional expertise to provide some immediate solutions as well as address future concerns.

How do you ensure that we get the help we need?

We develop a care plan based upon the needs we uncover in the assessment. We do the screening, make the arrangements and monitor the work of in-home help and other services with your approval. Our recommendations will give you peace of mind. We have fifteen years of experience working with only the best and assist you in avoiding costly mistakes. Our care management services will provide ongoing monitoring of these services and provide continual assistance as needs change.

Why do I need a care manager in selecting an assisted living or nursing home?

Making a selection from the internet based on location doesn’t provide you with important details you might overlook at this crucial time. And free services don’t make unbiased recommendations. Every recommendation we make is based on our knowledge of current and past performances. You are better able to make the best choice with confidence when Caring Choices is your guide.
